Ligonier Drilling & Energy is one of the few pipeline contractors in the country with its own Horizontal Directional Drilling equipment and workforce. This allows the Company greater flexibility and control of the project schedule to meet the needs of the customer.

HDD is a safe and environmentally friendly way to construct pipelines with minimal surface disturbance not only in congested areas but also to preserve wetlands and other sensitive areas. Horizontal Directional Drilling is a viable solution when traditional trenching methods are impractical or impossible.

We can handle 8" to 24" steel pipe with our Horizontal Directional Drill rigs. We have an Auger bore that will go up to 36" pipe. With three vac trucks and water trucks, we have all of the support equipment needed to manage our own stream needs.
